Ululani Station and its moon-side Palace serve as a diplomatic center

for all negotiations of the Rho'Vania Sector. The Palace made its

mark in Rho'Vanian history on Stardate 51929.3 when

a Peace Accord was signed and an alliance made with

the United Federation of Planets. Since that time,

it has been known as the "Palace of Peace."

The architects were given permission to use "their own discretion"

in creating a building to house negotiation tables as well as dignitaries.

The architects are believed to have taken the buildings' specifications from

an alien induced hallucination in a report by Captain Christopher Pike a century earlier.

Some say Captain ChakotayNZ69 lent them his Akuna for the day.

When the architects were asked what hint of direction they were given

for the building, they replied, "Madam Ambassador instructed us to

'just give it grand rooms where we can toast marshmallows'."

The Rho'Vanian people still stare in wonder at the Palace

which may have started out as a joke, but has ended up

as one of the most treasured sites in all of the Rho'Vanian System.
